Gift Redemption & Delivery Guidelines
Eligibility & Notification Once you meet the eligibility criteria for the New Customer/New Cardholder welcome gift, the bank will send a redemption SMS to your registered mobile number within 8 to 16 weeks. Please follow the instructions in the SMS to claim your gift.
Redemption Methods
E-Vouchers: Please log in to your Money101 member account to view your redemption link and password. Since our system does not store this information indefinitely, we recommend saving or bookmarking your voucher details for future use.
Physical Gifts (e.g., Luggage, Electronics): Please complete the shipping information form. A confirmation email containing the manufacturer's contact details will be sent to your registered email address. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact the manufacturer within 7 days of receipt.
Delivery Timeline Physical gifts are typically delivered within 25 working days after the shipping form is submitted. If you wish to verify your shipping details or have not received your gift within this timeframe, please contact us.
